I'm not saying it's bad. It's just. It's Arkanoid. The name pretty much points to the homage. But I got to thinking... Why wouldn't I just play arkanoid? What makes this game better?
Even without tweaking the game. The graphics need work. They don't have personality or consistency. Pick an Idea for the graphics and work around that Idea. Fun and bright? Then why the fatigued metal border? Why the dull colors for the blocks and the ball? Sure they have a glossy feel tp them. But that seems like an afterthought. There were no choices made with the graphics. It looks like you made something and, if you liked it, it stayed with no thought to how it fit in with the other elements. No where is this more appearent than the background. Which is the same value as the foreground. It's hard to visually keep track of the ball.
Pick a theme or an idea and redo the graphics at least. I may seem harsh, but I'm trying to help.

Your sound was waaaaaaaay out of sync. Set sound to streaming. I think this will get blammed in part because your visual punchline comes, again, waaaaaay after the sound cuts off. I couldn't tell if this would be funny synced up. I wasn't that amused. And I should have been. It's a shape wearing lingerie.

i think the out of sync-ness is due to the fact that i had no proper mic, plus i can never get my audio to sync right anyway.

I'm offended by your inability to pronounce words. Bosom. Bo (like 'book without the 'k') som (zem). And the 'dot dot dot' is called and ellipsis. Be less ignorant. Listen, I think the mormon religion is a bunch of crap. But this wasn't clever or funny it was just hateful. Which gets an extra little twist of hypocrisy when add in the christian propaganda at the end.

Use streaming sound. Look it up.
I can't tell you how often I see this. There should be a requirement. Before you are allowed to submit anything you should have to know about streaming sound.
Other than that there really wasn't anything here that was funny or interesting. Better luck next time.

Don't get me wrong I appreciate the work involved. It's just that I've seen it before and I've seen it done better.
blublu.org has a fantastic video on it utilizing the same technique to greater effect. Really exploring some of the boundaries of what can be done.
What can you add to this? What can you do with this that no one has yet?

True I know it has been done before, but at this point almost everything has been done at least once, the only thing you can do is basically try to put your own spin on it, and do it in a stylized manner. So to your two questions, technically I can't add anything to it because it's finished, and it's what I had in my head and I'm proud of it, the only thing I could've done is improve on it, but I can't go back and improve on it since it's done now and the wall of that shack is already filled up with it. As for the second question I tried to answer that in the first of this response.

The sound was out of sync. Use streaming to get proper synchronization.

Even after you fixed it... it was still awful. What was the point of this? A bad animation loop backgrounded by a bad song. Cheesy lulz all around. You put more effort into submitting it than you did in making it.

If this doesn't work immediatly with your iSight make sure your settings are correct.
Right-click (control click for you one button crazies) on any Flash movie and choose "Settings...", then click on the camera icon. Choose "IIDC FireWire Video" from the menu.

Speech and VoiceOver come preinstalled on every mac... for free... and they're much more advanced...
VoiceOver is in the Utilities folder, and Speech is in the Prefs Pane...
Dude. You don't need a PC... you need to learn how to use the computer you have.
I'll start you out... open TextEdit (free & preinstalled) and Speech in System Prefs. Pick a voice you like in the prefs pane... then type something in Textedit.... then in the menu - Edit>Speech>Start Speaking.
Unless of coarse your still using OS9... well actually then just look at simpletext for 5 minutes... it too shall speek.
